15 I . STUDENT DIARY IT IS A COMPREHENSIVE DOCUMENT OF THE SCHOOL.
PARENTS MUST READ ALL THE DETAILS GIVEN IN THE DIARY. STUDENTS MUST CARRY IT TO SCHOOL EVERYDAY. PARENTS ARE TO PROVIDE ALL PERSONAL DATA IN THE DIARY. ALL NOTES GIVEN BY THE TEACHERS SHOULD BE SIGNED BY THE PARENTS WITHOUT FAIL.

18 2. REGULARITY AND PUNCTUALITY
SCHOOL TIMINGS ARE: MONTESSORI :40AM TO 12:15 PM CLASSES I – V :40AM TO 2:05 PM CHILD MUST REACH SCHOOL AT LEAST 5 MINUTES IN ADVANCE (7.40 AM) 75% ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY AS PER C.B.S.E. RULES IF THERE IS A GENUINE REQUIREMENT, HIS/HER ABSENCE MUST BE SUPPORTED BY A LEAVE APPLICATION, PREFERABLY THROUGH SCHOOL DIARY. NO HALF- DAY LEAVE WILL BE PERMITTED

19 3. PERSONALITY CHILD MUST COME TO SCHOOL IN PROPER UNIFORM COLOURFUL CLIPS ,BANDS ARE NOT ALLOWED I-CARD TO BE WORN EVERYDAY ONLY SCHOOL PRESCRIBED SHOES ARE TO BE WORN. BOYS SHOULD HAVE PROPERLY TRIMMED HAIR AND GIRLS WITH LONG HAIR SHOULD HAVE THEM PLAITED. NO NAIL PAINTS AND COLOURED BANDSARE ALLOWED.

CONDUCT STUDENTS MUST CONDUCT THEMSELVES WITH GRACE AND DECENCY AND NOT INDULGE IN FIGHTS /SQUABBIES EITHER INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE SCHOOL NO ELECTRONIC ITEMS, MOBILES SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO THE SCHOOL. THEY WILL BE CONFISCATED & WILL NOT BE RETURNED BACK . STUDENTS SHOULD BE SENSITIVE TOWARDS THE USE OF SCHOOL PROPERTY .

24 PRE PRIMARY I AND II THE AIM IS TO MAKE THE CHILDREN INDEPENDENT AND SELF –RELIANT. FOR THIS A NUMBER OF ACTIVITIES ARE INTRODUCED LIKE WATER POURING BUCKLE FRAME HANDKERCHIEF/DUSTER FOLDING THEY ARE EXPOSED TO DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS , COLOURS, SOUNDS AND TOUCH BOARDS FOR LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT WE PROVIDE PRINT RICH ENVIRONMENT . A NUMBER OF SIGHT WORDS ARE DISPLAYED TO BUILD CONFIDENCE IN CHILDREN ,THEY WERE INVOLVED IN A NUMBER OF STAGE ACTIVITIES

25 CLASSES I TO V EVALUATATION IN CLASS I TO V IS DONE ACCORDING TO CBSE GUIDELINES THERE ARE 3 EVALUATIONS IN GIVEN ACADEMIC YEAR TEST PAPERS OF CLASS I-III WILL BE OF 20 MARKS AND CLASS IV AND V WILL BE OF 30 MARKS IN EVALUATION I AND 50 MARKS IN II AND III EVALUATION IT IS MANDATORY TO GIVE ALL TEST , BUT IN CASE OF SERIOUS ILLNESS IT IS ADVISED TO TAKE LEAVE

29 NO LEAVE IS ALLOWED ON THE DAYS OF EXAMS .
NO HALF DAY LEAVE IS PERMITTED FOR THE STUDENTS. IN CASE OF MEDICAL LEAVE, PARENTS SHOULD PERSONALLY REPORT TO THE HEADMISTRESS ALONGWITH AN APPLICATION AND A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE.

30 PHYSICAL EDUCATION LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT IS THE MOST INTEGRAL PART OF OUR CURRICULUM. ALL FUN FILLED ACTIVITIES SUCH AS CYCLING ,ATHLETICS, SAND PLAY ,WATER PLAY ,AND MANY INDOOR GAMES ARE A REGULAR FEATURE FOR STUDENTS WE REQUEST YOU TO ENGAGE YOUR CHILDREN IN OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES RATHER THAN ENCOURAGING VIDEO GAMES ON LAPTOPS AND TABLETS .

THERE SHOULD BE TRANSPARENCY IN PARENT-CHILD- TEACHER INTERACTION DIARY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TOOL OF INTERACTION BETWEEN PARENTS AND TEACHER PARENTS TO KINDLY INFORM THE CLASS TEACHER ABOUT ANY PHYSICAL AILMENT ALLERGY/DSYLEXIA THEIR CHILD IS SUFFERING PARENTS TO MEET ANY TEACHER ONLY WITH PRIOR APPOINTMENT (8:00am-8.30am)
