Turn in a copy of form 5/ form 91 check ride paperwork to include written test, and aircraft questionnaire. Pilot data summary to be completed by FLWG check pilots

All flight inbound, outbound, or training sorties must file out CAPF 104 and have assigned sortie number
GAWG, ALWG, TNWG file paperwork with home Wing
Aircraft will be topped off after each sortie. This is the responsibility of the applicants not the IP.
