Club Goals Be a very close community Meet once a week to workout
Grow to 40 members by the end of the semester 5 volunteer hours per semester as a club (blood drive, oxford food pantry, ect.) Host multiple social events a year ( Bonfire, rock climbing, movie night, ect.)

Individual Goals Guys: 20 pull-ups, 20 chin-ups, 20 dips, muscle-up
Girls: 10 pull-ups, 10 chin-ups, 10 dips Everyone: 20 push-ups, 8 minute mile, “skin the cat”, 5 pistol squat, 3 min plank

Semester Requirements
Must attend mandatory meetings $10 club fee due to Noah Be an active member

Workouts We will workout once a week, all together
Please fill out the survey at the end of the meeting to let us know which time slot works best for you
