5 Registration Check-In
2 staff members Set up registration table, welcome sign, and guest name cards Arrange name cards in alphabetical order Distributing name cards Ask name Find and give the guest their name card Hand guest an ivy head piece Say “Enjoy your time at the Parthenon!” Service Smile Warm and welcoming Friendly Positive attitude

6 Coat Check 3 staff members Set up coat check table & number tags
1 for the guest and 1 for the hanger Put 1 tag on table in numerical order and the matching tag on a hanger Service Smile Warm and welcoming Friendly

7 E-Concierge 1 staff member Will be provided with an iPad tablet
Know all the details of the entire event Socialize with the guests about any questions they may have about the event Service Smile Friendly Knowledgeable

8 Food & Beverage – Drink Station
2 staff members Know the drink name & ingredients Will be provided with an index card specifying both Keep filled cups on the beverage station at all times Provide one napkin per drink Service Smile Friendly Enthusiastic

9 Reception Drinks Cephalonia Water with Slice of Cucumber
Water infused with cucumbers and topped off with a slice of cucumber Makedonikos Grape Juice Grape Juice mixed with sprite

10 Food & Beverage - Servers
2 staff members 1 for each hors d’oeuvres being passed Know the name of dishes being passed and the ingredients *especially possible allergens Index card will be provided Offer the hors d’oeuvres to guest as you walk around and say the name of the dish Hold the tray in one hand and a stack of cocktail napkins in the other Service Smile Friendly Don’t be pushy, be polite

11 Reception Food Spanakopita
Greek spinach pie filled with spinach, onions, & feta/ricotta cheese Possible Allergens: Dairy (Feta/Ricotta Cheese), Egg, Wheat (Phyllo Pastry) Roasted Vegetables and Hummus on a Pita Crisp Possible Allergens: Wheat (Pita Crisp)

12 Food & Beverage - Bussers
2 staff members 1 large tray with a cloth napkin draped over it Pay attention to tables If guests want to get rid of trash Ask politely Do not grab or be pushy Service Smile Friendly

13 Transition When the reception manager makes the announcement for transition; staff should move out of the walk way as to allow guests to start making there way into the dining area Service Smile Say “Enjoy your meal”
