28 How Teams are Formed Goal of the SSC:
Provide a place to play soccer for the youth of Southington Field as many teams that we can that will be competitive within our district of the CJSA When forming teams that align with the goal of the SSC we must take into account: The total number of registered players per season Their Age Their Ability In addition, decisions are made for what is best for the SSC holistically and NOT what is best just for a single season, single team, or a single player Dale
