Q3: What Is Best?
Means as recognised by other scholars in your field
Avoid giving:
Textbooks
Working papers
Reports, Government publications (can go in Q. 5)
Conference presentations or abstracts
Avoid if can:
Books or book chapters in lesser or unknown presses
Chapters authored by you in an edited book you authored
Lowly ranked journals by Impact Factor or other ranking
Pubs “in press”/“forthcoming” unless in an A*
Q2: What goes in? eg from A1, B1, C1, E1 (only for relevant disciplines)

5. Q3: After Choose “10 Best” Research Outputs
