3. You Task is:
To create a bridge to cover a 30cm gap that can hold as many oranges as possible.

4. Your materials:
Plastic straws A roll of tape

5. The rules You bridge must: Cover a 30cm gap
Be made of tape and straws only
Be able to hold the weight of at least one orange
It must be free standing.

6. Times for the afternoon
1:00 until 1:45 – design your bridge. 1:45 until 2:30 – build your bridge. 2:30 – return to the hall to test the bridges out in front of the school.
