3 Who we are? The Initiator is A.H.S.R.D. Association of Hungarian Settlements’ and Regions’ Developers AHSRD was the only representative of NGOs in the High Level Meeting during EU Presidency of Hungary ( ) – topics was the implementation of EUSDR - participated NCPs, PACs, LABGroup and EU chiefs. AHSRD is the only NGO so far that received grant from EU Civil Programme for dissemination of information on the progress of EUSDR to the NGO’s in all 14 countries. It was the DaNet Conference-series AHSRD & EUSDR in 2012 AHSRD organized 23 international conferences for NGOs in all priorities of EUSDR, established the International Organizing Committee for conference-series management – the ‘DaNet ‘ initiated a project-family in tourism, culture, people to people theme – the ‘Danube Pearls’ has a concept how can involve maximize NGOs for participations to the implementation of EUSDR – the ‘Danubenet’

10 Impact of the DaNet conference series project
- The number of those who know about the EUSDR is greater. - Assistance for the implementation of the EUDMRS (joint declarations), helping partnerships and the democratization of the processes. - The strengthening of networks of civilian initiatives in regards to the Danube Strategy. - The participants invented a new dimension of identity: „Danube Basin Citizenship”, that has a positive effect on cultural diversity, the different development levels, on the disadvantaged people and regions, on the inter gender relationships. - The dissemination of the action plan of the EUSDR priority areas is achieved through the conference series.

30 BUDGET For the PREPARATION phasis as technical asistant would need:
For common non-profit activities of project-family total estimated cost amount: 2 million € would be for 3-5 year The source of budget will be private and public. The public one first of all comes from EU Territorial funds and CSF after 2014. For the PREPARATION phasis as technical asistant would need: to work out with a professional WG documentation of projects, pre-feasibility studies application cca € to organize seven networking workshops of Danube Pearls for non-profit organizations (local authorities, ngos) along the Danube river cca €
