9 QoS/QoE MEASURMENT QoS/QOE KPIs and target have been enshrined in all licenses The Authority receives and verifies Performance Report from all licensed operators. The Authority has been conducting Independent QoS Monitoring and publishing results since August 2009 The NCA has been conducting QoE Survey to measure consumer satisfaction. In addition to the traditional way of accessing End-to-End QoS, the Authority in consultation with stakeholders will have to develop conventional ways i.e developing specific standards for the hybrid mobile network, wireless and wireline networks.

10 OPERATIONAL CHALLENGES
Fiber Cuts ………………….95% Hardware………………….1% Power Failure……………..4%

11 REQUIREMENTS Increased Speed Seamless Wireless Connection
Reduced Operational Cost Energy Efficiency Spectrum Efficiency Experts in major fields like the Trust network, Network Softwarization. Advance Self-Optimization Network(AS-ON)
