13. EMPLOYERS WITH „NEGATIVE REFERENCES“
According to the Labour market regulation act,
Employment Service of Slovenia keeps a list of employers who:
Have violated labour law provisions
Have not paid salaries or obligatory contributions
Have violated rights (which arise from employment) of their employees
Source of information: Tax administration, Labour Inspectorate, information provided by workers themselves
Action: ESS can choose to refuse referrals of registered jobseekers to such an employer.

14. ACTIVE EMPLOYMENT POLICY (AEP)
Series of measures by which the state actively regulates labour market (LM)
Basic goal: matching LM demand and supply, reducing structural discrepancies on the LM
