1. The Americas Menu Assignment
This will be counted as a major grade for the 3rd marking period.

2. Assignment Guidelines
You will create a menu depicting one of the regions of The Americas, much like a restaurant menu. Creativity, neatness and accuracy of facts are key components of success for this assignment.
Include the following on your menu:
*Appetizers (will reflect the history of your region) Minimum of 3 (worth 25 pts.)
*Beverages (will reflect the types of governments of your region) 3-5 (25 pts.)
*Entrees (will reflect the physical features of your region) Minimum of 5 (25 pts.)
*Desserts (will reflect the cultures of your region) 3-5 (25 pts.)

3. Expectations and due date:
You will use the textbook as your main source of information. You can use the internet for additional research as well but remember to click and read. It will take time to thoroughly READ in order to gather the facts needed for your menu.
Due Date: Monday, November 7th at the beginning of the period.
Remember, this is a MAJOR GRADE.
