3. New in TC and ADO-PO section
Manpower
New Team Leader for the CAT (Cern Atlas Team) is Christoph REMBSER replacing Giuseppe MORNACCHI from today. Giuseppe is remaining the ADO group leader.
New comers :
Joffrey Malaquin as a mechanical engineer in the ATLAS design office (since 1rst of October)
Participating to the Atlas opening /closing operation
ITK engineering activities
Marco Ciapetti as the new EAM (Experimental Area Manager) starting on 1rst of March 2017
Follow cabling activities in Experimental infrastructure
Follow civil engineering activities for SR1
Manage experimental areas
Follow-up production of the nJD/nSW
Martin Jaekel as starting on 1st of November
Participates in the ID decommissioning studies and manages the GIF++ facility

EDMS and CDD
Project management
News in EDMS and CDD structure
Hardware configuration of the detector is now visible in CDD and soon it will be in EDMS.
ATL (Phase 0) , AT1 (phase 1) and AT2 (phase 2) are now created and directories linked.
Similar partition will be developed in EDMS for better clarification, better follow-up of the different phase of the detector development.
This organisation will allow in particular to keep maintaining the current detectors while developing the upgrade ones (eg. SW and nSW or ID and ITK)

Storage Database
The database that was used during the sorting and storing of material was an excel file. This file is now over and the database is now in production on Infor-EAM
This database has the advantage of :
not being dependant of the MS program over the life time of the storage (at least until 2035 for ATLAS decommissioning)
being supported by the CERN EN-ACE service
Being a common with other installation at CERN
Being accessible also with smartphone as the building is not covered by Wifi
Being accessible by several identified users
