The model is designed to generate high levels of academic achievement in for all students.
All students become Title I students.

6. Where and When Does A Student Receive High Flyer Service?
Small group instruction outside the regular classroom
Supplemental instruction within the regular classroom
Service is a supplemental and does not replace the 90 minute literacy block in the classroom.
