3 Healthcare & Wellness at NSU
For healthcare coverage, employees must be in a benefit eligible position working a minimum of 28 hours per week to enroll in healthcare coverage or flexible spending accounts

4 Employee Wellness at NSU
NSU has a dedicated Employee Wellness Program Administrator promoting educational opportunities and programs designed to engage employees while keeping them well. Wellness Programs are available throughout the year at various campus locations and online, some sessions count as “onsite events” and allow healthcare participants to earn incentives for attending. Wellness Programs are made available to all employees at NSU regardless of enrollment in healthcare coverage. Employee Wellness incentives are integrated to healthcare claims, available incentives are credited once claims are processed by BlueCross BlueShield and Rally. Mental and Behavioral Health coverage is attached to your healthcare coverage at NSU/ICUBA and administered through AETNA. For member services and to verify provider participation, call Option 1 for Employee Assistance Program Option 2 for Behavioral Health To verify providers online login to In the Single Sign On window click the link labeled “Aetna Behavioral Health Portal” After registering for access the Single Sign On feature will be enabled and employees can search for in-network providers Transition from EAP assistance to medical is available to participating employees.
