We educate and enroll employees in their benefits, all year round, wherever they are. ON THE PHONE ONLINE We work with employers to tailor enrollment to their workplace strategy. When employees see the full value of benefits they make better informed decisions and a full understanding what their employer is doing for them. A great enrollment consists of pre-communications, enrollment event communications and post communications. Communications are designed to increase understanding, participation and premium. Enrollment can happen however you like, but we encourage face to face. All this, at no cost to you! DATA: 68% of people we speak with purchase something? Also – when the employer endorses the offering, pre-communicates the products being enrolled and asks for a Yes or No response we typically see/engage 85% of the workforce… IN-PERSON

Legal Services Preparation assistance with over 200 legal documents for qualified new accounts with employees and 50% POPS Telemedicine Unlimited phone and video telemedicine access for qualified new accounts with employees and 75% POPS Offered at no cost when: Two Colonial Life employee paid products are offered AND 50-75% of benefit eligible employees are seen by Colonial Life benefit counselor POPs: percentage of people seen Terms and availability of these programs are subject to change.
