8 Registration REGISTRATION OPEN THROUGH MONDAY, AUGUST 21st Family ID
Only create one registration per athlete Log in using same username and password for all seasons Make sure all medical information is accurate Upload physical

Physicals/Try-Outs Physical must be dated within 13 months (August 5, or thereafter). of the first day of try-outs. You must turn in an updated physical before your current physical expires or you are not eligible to practice or compete. TRY-OUT/1st PRACTICE: Tuesday, September 5th, 2017 (Individual details to follow for each sport.)

10 User Fee UniPay Registration Fee is $110Pay online or by check (made out to Hopkinton Athletics with the sport in the memo line) Payment due on September 20th

12 Academic Eligibility Academic Eligibility
Students must be passing ALL classes in Middle School to be eligible for athletics Students can not receive a “4” (Poor) in conduct or they will be ineligible

13 In-School Eligibility
Students must be present for 3 ¼ hours of the school day to be eligible to play in a game. Students absent on game day (or the day preceding a non-school day game) are not eligible to play in that game.

14 Chemical Health/Hazing
Easy Solution: MAKE HEALTHY CHOICES & BE KIND TO ONE ANOTHER 

15 1st Offense: Miss 25% of Season
Bona Fide Team Rule Student-Athletes can not miss any high school athletic event (practice or competition) for an outside practice or competition. 1st Offense: Miss 25% of Season
