4 Athletic Department Finances
A new system has been put in place to itemize and delineate expenditures by program and level to ensure Title IX compliance. Each Varsity Head Coach is given a budget for each season and they are asked a year in advance about any potential ‘big ticket’ requests. A 4-year uniform rotation is in place for the high school and middle school. Currently the Athletic Department relies on Booster support ($40,000 per year) to support uniform replacement.
