3 Halls of Residence Halls of Residence (11 &12)
The Halls of Residence (also known as The Blocks) are single rooms with shared bathroom and toilet facilities.  You will share a floor with up to 12 students other people.  The best thing about the Blocks is that you make friends quickly in the shared ‘Common Room’ area.

The Towers or better known as South Tower and North Tower are the Private Accommodation options on-campus.

7 How to Book Accommodation
Bond has three 15-week semesters, January, May and September. Students can only book accommodation for the upcoming semester. Eg: in July, students can book for accommodation in the September semester. STEP 1: IS THE APPLICATION PROCESS STEP 2: IS THE BOOKING PROCESS AIRPORT TRANSFERS Students can book and pay for your Airport Transfer online DINING PLAN RELOAD Additional dining plan credit can be purchased for on and off campus students starting from $110 increments The balance of your accommodation fees and meal package are payable at the beginning of each semester. Accommodation can be booked online at: Balance of payment can be made via the Bond website ( for international callers)

8 Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT CAMPUS ACCOMMODATION INCLUDES Bed Linen: - Sheets, pillow and pillow case, bedspread, blanket. We do not supply personal towels. Bed, wardrobe; study desk and chair; bedside table; curtains; internet (wireless is available); landline telephones; electricity; washing machines and dryers; patron care and 24 hour security service. All rooms are fully air conditioned and serviced weekly. DINING PLAN Is active from the Monday of check in, until you receive your Student Identification card just give the eatery your name and Student ID number. You should have your card by Wednesday. COOKING Cooking is not permitted in your room, if the detector is activated the cost is $ to the student for the services of the Fire Brigade. Please check with the Accommodation Office before purchasing any such items. Cooking is permitted in the Common Room. SHARING ACCOMMODATION Those who are residing in single room shared bathroom facilities will only share with same gender in the corridor. STUDENT SERVICES There is an on campus Doctor, Nurse, Counsellors, Disability officers and Cultural Liaison Officers. SHOPPING CENTRE We have a convenience store located in Market Square which is only a 5-10 minute walk from the campus for those essential items. Robina Town Centre is the closest major centre where you can purchase all the items you will need. It is only a short bus ride. CONTENTS INSURANCE Bond University insurance only covers the building and not the contents. We strongly suggest taking out contents insurance for your belongings. Our Contact number
