Articulate why civic participation is essential in a democracy;
Express what good citizens /engaged community members should know, believe, and do;
Imagine how our teaching may invigorated with a focus on educating our students to “do” democracy; and
Be prepared to use interactive teaching strategies including discussion and carousel in their own class.
