The Fulbright Association is the official U.S. alumni organization of the Fulbright Program, representing 140,000 American alumni and friends of international education. The Fulbright Program and its esteemed alumni have a global impact: 165 Participating countries 8,000 Annual grants awarded 370,000+ Fulbright alumni worldwide 37 Current or former heads of state 57 Nobel Prize Laureates 82 Pulitzer Prize Winners The Association extends the Fulbright exchange into a lifelong experience, connecting alumni and friends of the Fulbright Program in ways that matter through lifelong learning, collaborative networking, and service at home and abroad. We support a thriving alumni community that helps increase visibility for the Fulbright effect and helps preserve Fulbright exchanges for future generations to come.

We invite like-minded organizations, companies, and higher education institutions to participate in our Annual Conference as partners. This is a special year for us, as we celebrate the Fulbright Association’s 40th anniversary of service to the Fulbright Program. Our conference theme, “Fulbright: Now More Than Ever,” reflects the important role that international exchange programs, and particularly the Fulbright Program, play in creating a more peaceful world. We look forward to welcoming 350+ participants to Washington in November for this year’s event. The 2017 Conference program will include: Panel sessions and roundtable discussions led by Fulbright alumni and other leading experts in fields ranging from International Education, Global Health, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, to National Security, and many more Poster presentations featuring innovative research projects, best practices for teaching, and artistic exhibits The annual Selma Jeanne Cohen Fund for International Scholarship on Dance Lecture Networking sessions Country reunion dinners for U.S. Fulbright alumni If you share our mission and our values, please consider supporting our Conference in a meaningful way through partnership.
