Minimize customer disruption which in turn sustains customer satisfaction and confidence Simplify reporting Streamline report delivery throughout the organization Utilize Informatics as a data warehouse and single system of truth Perform as much reporting as possible in Informatics Eliminate or significantly reduce the need for custom reporting in Application Enhancement System (AES) and Database Management System (DBMS) Eliminate or significantly reduce the need for ad hoc reporting from the transactional system Streamline system maintenance Take advantage of the new standard tools offered with Centricity Business Be less reliant on AES
