2016 AAAAAAA Why is attitude and effort important to the program? Volunteering isn’t fun so one’s attitude usually is bleak. Fundraising isn’t glorious so one’s effort is usually low. By the numbers: In 2015, our program received 78 corporate sponsors...only secured by 31% of the players with revenue of $77,800 In 2016, our program received 89 corporate sponsors...an increase of 14% with revenue of $79,250 - secured by 27% of the players

2017 AAAAAAA The mission of the West Forsyth Touchdown Club is to provide support to the Wolverine football program through fundraising, service projects, community involvement, and school spirit. It is our goal to build pride in the players, coaches, and parents through community and student support of our team. Through financial donations from parents and sponsors, we will support our football program’s vision by providing both the necessities and the extras to enable our program to compete with other top programs at the level assigned by the Georgia High School Association.

13 Key Points About Budget
2017 AAAAAAA WFTDC is Responsible for 100% of Football Program Operations Uniforms, Practice Gear, Player Equipment, Awards, Banquets Field, Weight Room, Locker Room Equipment Pre & Post Game Meals, Transportation – All Away Games Hudl, Audio/Video Equipment, Trainers, Coaches Minimal Player Related Expenses Paid by School and/or County (Referees, Facilities) School gets 100% of the ticket sales – We purchase from school Current Budget structured to only cover Necessary Expenses to Run Program, and No Extras to Build the Program or Long-Term Capital Expenses

2017 Annual Budget = $272,000. Based on 147 Players, the Program cost per player for the 2017 season is projected to be $1,850. 34% of that amount will come straight from your payments for player fees and booster club memberships; Fundraising/Sponsorship opportunities critical to offset the balance of the cost. The Team Member level is the minimum level set to cover the basic player expenses – uniforms, transportation, food, etc. 100% Booster Club membership is our goal!

16 Player Registrations How to Register
2017 AAAAAA How to Register Registrations can be submitted online through the website at Just click the Registration tab at the top of the home page On-line registration is a must. Necessary consent forms are found on-line. Anyone not able to register on-line will need to contact Susan Cummings or Art Bottoms.

2017 AAAAAAA $595 if paid in full at time of registration $615 w/ 3 payments of $205 on 05/01, 06/01, 07/01 Use of Player Equipment - 2 Game Jerseys, Game Pants, Game Socks, Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Mouthpiece Year-round Use of football facilities, equipment and weight room Pre-Game Meals County Transportation Fees to Away Games Medical Supervision by professional athletic trainer & team physician Access to Hudl.com - online game and player highlight software, including recruiting function Additional “Team” Player Pack (including practice shirt, practice shorts, etc.)

Complete the Registration Online at (sorry AMEX not available online) New this year - payment plans available on-line. Please contact Art Bottoms for one on one assistance with financial hardship request. Note: You will need to contact Art Bottoms for a password to register online if you are not utilizing one of the on-line payment options.

2017 AAAAAAA Corporate Sponsorship Brochure available 50% of ALL Corporate Sponsorships received before deadline applied to player fee Wolverine Den Premier Sponsors All players encouraged to secure at least 2 corporate sponsors; except Platinum Members All Corporate Sponsorships due NO LATER than June 1, 2017

2016 AAAAAAA 50% of ALL Corporate Sponsorships received by 06/01/ to be applied to players To Qualify for Sponsorship Credit, a Completed Sponsor Form Including Payment in Full From the Sponsor Must Be Received before the deadline. Sponsors may also Sign up and Pay Online at Grace period to secure prior year’s sponsors expires 4/30/17
