2. HYDRA 3Ha™ INTENSIVE TREATMENT
FUNCTION
Incomparable moisturizing power with an immediate and long lasting effect. Acts on the 2 fundamental hydration mechanisms:
- It optimizes hydric flow, transferring water from the dermis to the epidermis to restore comfort and hydration (immediate effect)
- It reinforces the skin’s barrier function to limit trans-epidermal water loss (long-lasting effect)
CLEANSER/TONER
Eye & Lip Make-up Removing Fluid, appropriate cleanser and lotion according to the skin type.
Phase 1
Enzymatic Exfoliating Gel (Enzymatic complex, Sugar crystals) removes impurities & restores suppleness to skin.
Apply ½ Tablespoon in an even layer to the face and neck with gentle circular movements.
Leave for 5 minutes. During this waiting time massage the shoulders /back of neck.
To remove – add water and emulsify. Repeat as required until all crystals are dissolved. Eliminate final residues with a warm towel and
tone. Dry the face and then remove any final residue with a dry cotton round or soft powder brush.

Restructuring Serum (Omega – ceramides) visibly restore comfort to the skin.
Take 1 ml (a hazel nut size, just less than ¼ teaspoon) and apply to the face and neck. Help the product to penetrate with light strokes.
Intense Hydration Gel Mask ( HMW & LMW Hyaluronic acid) quench the skin
Apply the contents of 1 packet to the face and neck, avoiding the eye contour. Apply with brush if desired.
Perform the Sothys specific hydrating techniques (shown on the following page of this handout) . End by applying smoothing strokes with light
pressure over the décolleté and shoulders.
Modelling Mask (Patented 1055 Boletus extract, biomimetic phospholipid) restore a strong cutaneous barrier.
Apply 1 packet to face, neck, décolleté and shoulders, perform a relaxing massage for 10 to 15 minutes.
Wipe lashes with damp cotton to remove excess product.
Option - before preparing the mask, activate and position the Sothys Instant Heaters on the back of the shoulders. Do not allow the heaters
to directly touch uncovered skin, protect with a towel.
Peel-off Plumping Mask (Argan oil, sunflower oil – source of Omega 6 & 9 and Vitamin E) intensively plump the skin.
To prepare the mask: empty the sachet into a shaker and add 95ml (6 Tablespoon and 1 teaspoon) of room temperature / cool water. Close
the lid and then shake approximately 15 times. Do not over shake the mask.
Stir the mask with a spatula and then apply the mask to the face and neck, avoiding the eye contour. Leave for 15 minutes. During the wait
time perform a scalp or hand massage.
To remove the mask, lift away from the skin and rinse any residue with wipes. Apply a hot towel and then tone and dry the skin.
Smoothing Serum (HMW Hyaluronic acid, planta polysaccharides) Apply the contents of 1 packet of the face & neck with light strokes.

Apply Multi-action Eye Contour (Flax & mountain flower extract, alfalfa extract, ash tree bark extract, hyaluronic acid).
Apply Intensive Hydrating Serum to the face and neck and follow with Sothys hydrating cream (1055 Boletus extract, Polyxylytol);
Gel-Cream (normal to combination skin) or Cream (normal to dry skin)
Optional - apply Complexion Perfector or Instant Energizing Corrector as required.

4. [CH] ANTI-AGING FACIAL TREATMENT
FUNCTION
Anti-aging: Fills and smoothes wrinkles, instantly plumps the skin. Firms and tones for a more youthful and radiant appearance. All skin types. Customized to the specific grade of aging
ANALYSIS
Determine the grade of aging in order to customize the facial protocol. Pre cut the gauze.
CLEANSER / TONER
Eye & Lip Make-up Removing Fluid, cleanser and toner appropriate to the skin type
PHASE 1
EXFOLIATION
Mineral Microdermabrasion: (Volcanic rock, mineral cocktail of Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Calcuim, salicylic acid, kaolin & rice starch)
Apply 1 teaspoon in an even layer to the face and neck. Perform gentle circular movements for up to 1 minute.
Leave for 5 minutes. During this waiting time massage the shoulders /back of neck. Digi-esthétique techniques are shown on the last page of the handout.
To remove – place tissues behind the back of the neck and perform circular movements working from the base of the neck to the forehead.
Eliminate final residues with damp sponges / warm towel and tone.
PHASE 2
FILL THE WRINKLES
Replenish Serum: (Hyaluronic acid, rye derivative) “injection like” effect to plump wrinkles from within. Apply serum in the groove of each wrinkle and expression line on the face & neck. Perform anti-wrinkle pinching movements along furrow of the each wrinkle. Wrinkle pinching diagrams are shown on the following page.
Repeat pinches 5x for grade 1 & 2 and 10x for grade 3 & 4.
PHASE 3
REDENSIFYING THE DERMIS
Firming Revealer: (Dill seed, rye derivative) lifts and smoothes the oval of the face, neck and neckline
Apply a full ½ teaspoon either directly from the tube or with fingertips. Perform the specific firming and tonifying movements on the face, neck and décolleté. Specific firming massage movements are shown on the following page.
Repeat movements 3x for grade 1 & 2 and 5x for grade 3 & 4.
PHASE 4
RE-PLUMPING
Massage Balm Digi-Esthétique® (with Omega- H2CR™): (H2CR™ complex –messenger peptides & anti-oxidants, flax complex) plumps, nourishes, redensifies the skin.
Apply ½ Tbs to face, neck, décolleté and shoulders, perform a relaxing massage for 10 to 15 minutes.
PHASE 5
LIFTING
Collagen Mask: (Hydrolyzed marine collagen, almond bio-fibers, madder root, carob seed, genip) instantly smoothes wrinkles, regenerates & repairs the skin. Place contents of one packet of the Collagen Mask in a bowl.
Measure 40ml (2 TBS & 2 teaspoons) of tepid water and add the specific quantity of the Smoothing & Revitalizing Solution. See below
Mix the liquid with the mask powder. With a spatula or brush, apply half of the mix on the face and neck in even layer, apply eye pads and the gauze and finally apply the rest of the mask directly on top of the gauze. Leave minutes. Digi-esthétique™ techniques for the scalp are shown on the last page of the handout.
To remove, lift the mask starting at the neck. Eliminate excess with sponges / warm towel and tone.

PROTECTION
Apply Multi-action Eye Contour (Flax & mountain flower extract, alfalfa extract, ash tree bark extract, hyaluronic acid) followed by:
Anti-Aging Creams Grade 1 – 4 (Anti-aging shield - Candle Bush extract, Tetrapeptides, Alfalfa Seed & Myrtle combined with targeted actives specific to each Grade) Apply a pea size to the face & neck with light effleurage.
Optional - apply Complexion Perfector or Instant Energizing Corrector as required.
Mineral microdermabrasion is a 3 step active tonic peeling.
Microdermabrasion with pumice. Rhyolite is extracted in the Mediterranean Sea in the volcanic archipelago of the Aeolian Islands off Sicily.
Rhyolite is an excellent abrasive and enables tonic microdermabrasion. Combined with massage, rhyolite particles stimulate microcirculation.
The second step is a chemical peeling with salicylic acid. The amount of salicylic acid as been optimized to be together safe and active. I remember you the way salicylic acid acts :
The exfoliant effect results from physical-chemical and biochemical actions :
Physical action : it reduces interactions between corneocytes
Biochemical action by inhibition of enzymes responsible for increasing cohesion of corneocytes on the surface of the skin
For the 3rd step we have selected an association of kaolin and rice starch. Kaolin because it gives softness to the skin, rice starch for its absorbent and matifying properties.
You find also in the mineral Microdermabrasion the specific ingredient for grade 1 : the cocktail of inorganic salts as energy booster.

FUNCTION
Intensive treatment with Siberian Ginseng to reveals the skin’s youthfulness by restoring luminosity & radiance.
The Siberian Ginseng protects and optimizes cellular energy for improved skin health and quality. It prevents and diminishes signs of aging.
All skin types, all ages, male and female.
Treatment preparation

Phase 1: EXFOLIATE
Recommended*
Enzymatic Exfoliating Scrub (Pineapple extract – bromelain, Siberian Ginseng)
Apply ½ tsp in an even layer to the face and neck and perform circular movements.
Apply steam and leave for 5 minutes. During this waiting time massage the shoulders /back of neck. Digi-esthétique™ techniques are shown on the last page of the handout.
To remove, emulsify the product and eliminate final residues with warm towel and tone.
*Desquacrem under steam. (Wheat Lipoaminoacids, gypsophila extract)
Perform extractions. Tone with either Vitality Lotion or Purity Lotion.
Phase 2:TREAT
Revealing Serum + Siberian Ginseng Concentrate (Sea-buckthorn extract, polysaccharide, hyaluronic acid)
2ml of the Revealing Serum with 3 to 6 drops of the Siberian Ginseng Concentrate according to the energy needs of the skin .
Apply the mix to the face with effleurage movements.
Perform the Specific Energy Movements. Specific Energy movements are shown on the following page.
Phase 3:
BALANCE ENERGY
Siberian Ginseng Modelling Cream (Siberian Ginseng, boldo extract)
Apply ½ Tbs to the face, neck, décolleté and shoulders, perform a relaxing massage for 10 to 12 minutes.
Phase 4:
DOUBLE ENERGY PERFECTING MASK
A double layer mask combines the Vitality Effervescent Mask and Radiance Peel-off Mask
Vitality Effervescent Mask (Siberian Ginseng , yeast extract, hyaluronic acid)
Mix 1Tbs of the Gel Mask with 1 packet of the powder until a rich creamy foam is achieved. With the fingertips apply to the face and neck.
Apply eye pads and the pre-cut gauze.
Radiance Peel-off Mask (Vitamin C) – 1 packet mixed with 80ml (5 Tbs & 1 tsp) of tepid water. With a spatula apply over the gauze.
Leave for 10 to 15 minutes. Digi-esthétique™ techniques for the scalp are shown on the last page of the handout.
Remove the mask starting at the neck. Rinse with a warm towel and tone.
Phase 5:
PROTECT & ILLUMINATE
Apply Multi-action Eye Contour (Flax & mountain flower extract, alfalfa extract, ash tree bark extract, hyaluronic acid).
Apply one of the following day creams according to the skin type.
•Energizing Day Cream for normal to combination / oily skin •Energizing Comfort Day Cream for normal to dry / dry skin. (Siberian ginseng extract, yeast extract, rice peptides, lupine extract)
Apply ¼ tsp of Enlightening Fluid to the face and neck (Siberian Ginseng, manioc extract, soft focus powders).

8. RESURFACING PEELING TREATMENT
Combines a manual Microdermabrasion and a concentrated Glycolic and Salicylic acid peel to reveal a radiant skin
with a smooth refreshed complexion.
FUNCTION
The Resurfacing Peeling treatment is a multi phase facial to target common complaints of the skin - dry rough skin, oily skin, asphyxiated skin, dull / blotchy complexion, tired dull skin, fine lines and wrinkles.

Detoxify Rejuvenate Re-balance and revitalize Oxygenate
This deep cleansing treatment immediately improves the skin tone and brightens the complexion. The skin appears more youthful, pores are minimized, impurities in the skin are removed and the complexion is radiant and glowing.
CLEANSER / TONER
Eye & Lip Make-up Removing Fluid, cleansing milk and lotion duo according to the skin type
PHASE 1: Detoxify
1 teaspoon
Detoxifying Exfoliant Paste (Natural corundum micro-crystals, detoxifying di-peptide) - mechanical exfoliation to eliminate dead cells, impurities and refine skin grain. Apply to the face and neck, massage with circular movements until the product gets tacky. Protect linens with tissue and remove with gentle circular movements.
Remove residue with warm towel or wipes. This phase should take approximately 5 minutes.
PHASE 2: Resurface
½ teaspoon
Vinyl gloves are recommended
Peeling Renovator pH 3.5 (Glycolic acid (20%) and Salicylic acid (1.3%) - chemical exfoliation, stimulates cell renewal.
Wearing vinyl gloves apply ½ tsp to the face and neck avoiding the eye contour.
Massage gently for 5 minutes to reduce any tingling sensation.
Remove thoroughly with damp wipes, sponges. Dry the skin.
Option
Desquacrem with steam and extraction.
Repeat Desquacrem a second time (no steam) on the more congested areas.
PHASE 3: Re-balance
Re-balancing Balm (Jojoba oil; allantoin; H2CR™ complex) Restores the hydro-lipidic film and boosts the health of the skin.
Apply to the face and neck. Perform a relaxing soothing massage for 5 to 8 minutes.
Blot any surplus with tissues.
PHASE 4: Oxygenate
½ tablespoon
Oxygenating Mask (Corn biostimulins, hydra-softening complex) Increases cellular oxygenation, restores radiance.
With fingertips, apply to the face and neck. Leave minutes. Remove with damp soft sponges or warm towel.
During the wait time of the mask, perform a relaxing neck and shoulder or scalp massage (freestyle massage).

RESURFACING PEELING TREATMENT

9. GLYSALAC PROFESSIONAL PEEL TREATMENT
A chemical peel with Glycolic and Salicylic acids that can be offered as a 30 minute express facial protocol or a treatment enhancement / add on.
FUNCTION
Refines the texture of the skin to reveal a more bright and even complexion. The peel helps boost cell renewal, diminishes fine lines and wrinkles and can improve the condition of an oily, blemished skin.
The Glysalac Professional Peeling treatment is not recommend for sensitive skins, inflamed acne, during pregnancy or breast feeding.
Do not perform waxing for 2 days before or after the Professional Peeling treatment. Not be used within 6 months of using Accutane.
CLEANSE
Eye and Lip Make-up Removing Fluid, cleansing milk and lotion according to the skin type.
EXFOLIATE mechanical
Biological Skin peeling - Gommage Exfoliant: (Jasmine extract, kaolin and rice starch powders). Granule-free. Eliminates dead cells, softens and smoothes skin. Apply ½ teaspoon evenly on a dry skin.
Leave for up to 1 minute, remove with gentle circular / smoothing motions.
PREPARE
Glysalac Skin Preparer (Glycolic acid 5%, Salicylic acid 1%) ½ teaspoon
With gloved hands on a dry skin apply to the areas of the face and neck to be treated avoiding the eye area.
Emulsify and rinse well to remove with tepid water then dry the skin.
EXFOLIATE chemical
Glysalac Professional Peeling (Glycolic Acid 20%, Salicylic Acid 2% pH 3).
1 teaspoon. With a brush or gloved hands apply the peel to the face (and neck if desired) in an even layer.
Avoid the eye contour .
Leave for minutes according to the needs of the skin and sensitivity.
Rinse thoroughly to neutralize the peel using warm water & wipes or a cool towel.
DEEP CLEANSE
Desquacreme (Wheat Lipoaminoacids, gypsophila extract) OR Desquacrem Forte Microderm (Salicylic acid, rice grains, Wheat Lipoaminoacids, gypsophila extract) according to the needs of the skin.
Apply ¼ teaspoon evenly on damp skin or with wet hands – work in to penetrate.
Leave for 1 – 3 minutes according to the needs of the skin. Remove by emulsifying the product with wet fingertips until you see a lather, then rinse with 4 x 4’s. Repeat both these steps 2 more times until the Desquacreme is completely removed.
Apply the appropriate lotion.
TREAT
Regenerative Solution (Glyco-repair™, Hyaluronic acid, D-panthenol, Allantoin) Apply 1 teaspoon with light effleurage to help create an even layer. Leave on the skin as a mask for 5 minutes. Remove excess with soft wipes, 4 x 4’s.
PROTECT
Apply the Multi-action eye contour (Flax & mountain flower extract, alfalfa extract, ash tree bark extract, hyaluronic acid).
Follow with Repair Balm or a suitable Sothys day cream &Sunscreen Lotion SPF 30 on the face and neck. Apply Complexion Perfector as required.
The Glysalac Professional Peel may be applied as an add on to Sothys facial treatments excluding Resurfacing Peeling Treatment & Correcting Treatment.
After cleansing and regular exfoliation, apply 1 teaspoon of the Glysalac Professional Peel as directed above. Leave 5 – 10 minutes depending on the needs on the skin and if additional time has been added.
Rinse thoroughly before continuing with the regular facial protocol.
GLYSALAC PROFESSIONAL PEEL TREATMENT

10. LACTIC ACID PRO PEEL TREATMENT
An intense multi action peel combining Lactic acid and plant extracts offered as a 30 minute protocol
FUNCTION
Helps even out skin tone and combat the signs of aging. Promotes a softer more hydrated skin while stimulating natural collagen production, diminishing fine lines and wrinkles and repairing the effects of sun damage.
Suitable for all skin types except very sensitive skins, inflamed acne, during pregnancy or breast feeding.
Do not perform waxing for 7 days before or after the Lactic Pro Peel treatment. Not be used within 6 months of using Accutane
Discontinue the use of homecare Retinol, Retinods, Glycolic, AHA’s for a minimum 5 days prior to the peeling treatment.
Not recommended as an add on / enhancement to Sothys facial treatments.
CLEANSE
Eye and Lip Make-up Removing Fluid. Comfort Milk and Lotion.
PREPARE
Glysalac Skin Preparer (Glycolic acid 5%, Salicylic acid 1%) ½ teaspoon
With gloved hands on a dry skin apply to the areas of the face and neck to be treated avoiding the eye area.
Emulsify and rinse well to remove with tepid water then dry the skin.
Apply a skin barrier (such a petroleum jelly) to the lip contour, the corners of the nose, open cuts, abrasions, blemishes to protect the delicate areas.
Apply eye pads.
EXFOLIATE
Lactic Acid Pro Peeling (Lactic Acid 50%, Cotton Seed Extract, pH 2.8). 1 teaspoon
With a brush or gloved hands apply the peel to the face (and neck if desired) in an even layer. Avoid the eye contour .
Leave for minutes according to the needs of the skin and its sensitivity.
Emulsify and rinse well using cool water & wipes to deactivate the peel and remove thoroughly.
Cleanse with Comfort Milk to ensure complete removal.
RESTORE
Regenerative Solution (Glyco-repair™, Hyaluronic acid, D-panthenol, Allantoin) Apply 1 teaspoon with light effleurage to help create an even layer. Leave on the skin as a mask for 5 minutes. Remove excess with soft wipes, 4 x 4’s.
PROTECT
Apply Sothys Repair Balm. Apply Sunscreen Lotion SPF 30.
LACTIC ACID PRO PEEL TREATMENT

11. PROFESSIONAL CORRECTING TREATMENT
FUNCTION
To normalize oil secretion, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory action, dry and heal blemishes, absorb impurities, lighten a dull complexion. (20 treatments in a Kit)
CLEANSER / TONER
Under steam - Eye & Lip Make-up Removing Fluid, cleanser and toner appropriate to the skin type.
DEEP CLEANSING
Desquacrem (Wheat Lipoaminoacids, gypsophila extract) OR Desquacrem Forte Microderm (Salicylic acid, rice grains, Wheat Lipoaminoacids, gypsophila extract) according to the needs of the skin.
Under steam, apply 1/3 tsp evenly on damp skin or with wet hands – work in to penetrate, concentrating on congested / problem areas.
Leave for minutes according to the needs of the skin. Remove by emulsifying the product with wet fingertips until
you see a lather, then rinse with sponges. Repeat both these steps 2 more times until the product is completely removed.
Bi-phased Exfoliating Lotion: (Kaolin, salicylic (1%) and glycolic (15%) acids, pH 2.9 to 3.4). Two bottles in the kit. Shake before use.
Absorbs impurities and exfoliates the skin. Apply ¾ of a teaspoon with a cotton pad on the face and neck avoiding inflamed blemishes and the eye area.
Perform extractions.
Desquacrem- apply as above but without steam.
TREATMENT
Ultra-Clearness Serum (Salicylic acid 2%, tea tree oil 2% pH2.7-3, licorice and essential oil complex - Lavender, Sage, Rosemary, Juniper, Cypress, Thyme, Geranium & Myrtle). Purifies, soothes, heals, antiseptic Contains alcohol.
With cotton pad or Q-tip, apply to the blemishes, comedones / blackheads, blemish scars, open pores and congested areas.
MASK
Clarifying Cool Mask (Kaolin, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, meadowsweet polyphenols, centella asiatica, menthol).
Absorbs sebum, tightens the pores, brings freshness to the skin
Apply ½ Tbs on the face and neck avoiding the eye area and leave for minutes. Remove mask using damp sponges or cotton.
PROTECTION
Apply Multi-action Eye Contour (Flax & mountain flower extract, alfalfa extract, ash tree bark extract, hyaluronic acid).
Normalizing Cream with Essential Oils (Salicylic (1.5%), lactic acid (1.5%), soy extract, licorice extract, mattifying powders, centella asiatica, essential oil complex). Soothes, mattifies, regulates sebum production, anti-pollution, & brings comfort to the skin.
Apply on face and neck.

CLEANSER / TONER
Eye and Lip Make-Up Removing Fluid, Sothys Cleansing Milk and Lotion according to the skin type.
SPECIAL CLEANSING
½ tbs
2-in-1 Mask Exfoliant (Pink clay, exfoliating plant grains, Mandarin & Kumquat extract).
Eliminates dead cells revealing a smooth radiant complexion.
Apply ½ Tbsp. onto a clean and dry skin using circular movements for 1-2 minutes. Leave on as a mask for 5 minutes.
During this wait time Sothys suggests performing a neck and shoulder massage.
Emulsify with water and rinse with wipes or warm towel. (If necessary remove any residual exfoliating grain with a cotton round).
Desquacrem (option): (Wheat lipoaminoacids, gypsophila extract)
Gently eliminates deep impurities, dissolves sebum and facilitates the removal of blackheads. All skin types except very sensitive.
Under steam, apply a 1/3 tsp evenly on damp skin or with wet hands – work in to penetrate, concentrating on congested/problem
areas. Leave for minutes according to the needs of the skin. Remove by emulsifying the product with wet fingertips until lathers
and rinse with sponges. Repeat both removal steps 2 more times until Desquacrem is completely removed.
Follow with extraction if necessary.
Tone and dry the skin.
MASSAGE
Apply Modelling cream with Kumquat extract (Kumquat extract, Shea butter) to the face, neck and décolleté.
Perform a relaxing massage for min (freestyle). Protect sheet with a towel if necessary.
PRE-MASK
½ tsp Modelling Cream drops Oxy-Mineral treatment
Mix the Modelling cream with Kumquat extract (Kumquat extract, Shea butter) and Oxy-Mineral Treatment (Anti-toxin complex,
Minerals cocktail (Mg, Cu, Zn, Ca), Kumquat & Mandarin extracts) and apply on the face and neck with mask brush or fingertips.
With damp cotton rounds wipe excess pre-mask away from the eye contour.
PEEL-OFF MASK
90 ml (6 Tbs) mask with 90ml (6 Tbs) of tepid / cool water (68°F)
Apply eye pads. Protect headband with tissues. Mix the Peel-Off Mask with Mandarin extract (Mandarin extract, diatomaceous earth & alginate) with the water. Apply all over the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave for minutes. Loosen the edges and remove mask in an upward motion.
Remove residue with damp sponges / hot towel. Tone and dry the skin.
PROTECTION
12 drops
Apply 12 drops of Oxy-Mineral Treatment (Anti-toxin complex, Minerals cocktail, Mandarin & Kumquat extracts) on the face and neck.
Finish by applying the Multi-Action Eye Contour (Flax and mountain flower extract, alfalfa, ash tree bark, hyaluronic acid) and the
appropriate Sothys day cream. The application of a Sothys SPF is recommended.
If desired apply the Complexion Perfector.

25. DETOXIFYING, DE-STRESSING TREATMENT FOR MEN
FUNCTION
To detoxify, cleanse, hydrate, fight aging and induce relaxation & a deep sense of well being.
DEEP CLEANSING +
SCALP MASSAGE
Energizing Face Cleanser (volcanic rock, rhyolite grains).
Apply ½ tablespoon of the 3-in-1 product: cleanses, exfoliates and masks onto the face and neck.
Perform a mechanical exfoliation with circular movements. Leave on as a mask for 5-10 minutes.
Vitality Capillary Lotion (volcanic rock, vitamin complex:pro-vitamin B5, vitamin H, amino acid).
While the Energizing Face Cleanser is left as a mask perform a scalp massage with ½ teaspoon of Vitality Capillary Lotion.
Removal: Emulsify the Energizing Face Cleanser with warm water, then rinse off.
Hot towel – apply relaxing pressures over the towel.

Apply to the face and neck and effleurage to help penetrate.
RELAXATION
Mix 1 tsp Cristalline Modelling Cream with ½ teaspoon Age-Defying Hydrating Fluid (Volcanic rock, myrtle, rice, H20 Liposomes, hyaluronic acid, NMF components ). Perform a relaxing massage on the face, neck and shoulders for approximately 10 minutes.
MASK
Apply ½ Tbs* of the appropriate treatment mask according to skin type. It is possible to apply different masks on separate areas of the face and neck. Leave for 10 minutes.
Sensitive skin *Nutri-Soothing Mask (Spa ™ Thermale Water , Blue ageratum leaf extract, red algae extract).
Oily/ Problem skin *Absorbent Mask (kaolin, zinc oxide, titanium oxide, menthol).
Normal/combination skin *Hydra-smoothing Mask (1055 Boletus Extract, HMW hyaluronic acid).
& Dehydrated skin
Aging skin Anti-aging Duo Mask (Mineral complex, Filagrinol®, oat extract, natural polysaccharide).
A full ½ teaspoon of each phase. Massage Phase 1 for one minute then apply Phase 2 directly on top.
Hyperpigmentation *[W.]™+ Brightening Mask (Azeloglycine, vitamin C, vitamin B3, water lily flower, vectorized amino acid).
Remove with sponges or hot towel and tone.
PROTECTION
Apply the Multi-Action Eye Contour (Flax and mountain flower extract, alfalfa, hyaluronic acid) and the appropriate Sothys day cream.

Deeply hydrates and soothes the skin. Reinforces the natural protection. Apply ¼ tsp over face and neck.

26. Digi-Esthétique Massage during exfoliation and mask phases of the for Sothys Intensive Treatments
During the exfoliation phase in Hydra 3Ha™, [CH ] & Energizing Facial Treatments, proceed with the following Digi-Esthétique® movements while the exfoliation product acts :
5 minutes 1.
a) Alternate circular motions with flat hands at nape of the neck around the prominence of the backbone.
b) Effleurage with flat hands from the nape to the shoulders along trapezius. 1 2.
a) With hands cradling the neck, slide with gentle pressure around the sides of the neck hands traveling up to the ceiling and head of the client. Work in 3 lines, step by step along the cervical column starting with at the base of the neck.
b) Support the head at the base of the cranium, occipital bone and gently stretch the neck – as the client exhales x3. 2
3- Stretching:
Turn the head of your client to one side, one hand supports the head under the occipital, the other hand rests as a bridge on the shoulder.
As the client exhales apply pressure downwards on to the shoulder.
Perform movement 4 on the same side, then change sides to perform 3 & 4 on the other side 3
4- Digito-pressure:
Stimulation on the Triple Heater Meridian
As the client exhales apply firm pressure with the thumb, work along the points of the Triple Heater Meridian starting with the points on the neck first, then around the ear. As you move onto the face, apply pressure with finger tips.
Perform each pressure only once then move onto the next point. 4
Massage during the masking phase : Proceed with the following Digi-Esthétique® movements on the scalp while the mask is drying:
