IFA BOOST - Process The IFA BOOST personalised coaching program is a 3 month program wherein we will have one on one sessions with the Advisor The mentoring session will be broken up into 2 parts Phase 1 – Understanding the business, processes & functioning of the distributor and designing the road map Phase 2 – Working the roadmap with the distributor Insights will have sessions of 2 hours each with each distributor.

IFA BOOST - Process Phase 1
Insights will collect basic information about the distributor for further analysis. Insights will spend time with the distributor in understanding various aspects of business, aspirations, individual strengths/weakness etc. Insights will then draw out a action plan based on the gaps identified

IFA BOOST - Process Phase 2 Basis the gaps identified at the IFAs workplace, an action plan will be drawn Insights will work with the IFA for 4 weeks or more as mutually agreed upon thereafter on the action plan that has been decided If there are multiple gaps then Insights along with IFA and will choose any one or two gaps based on the priority Insights will then work with the IFA on only the chosen prioritized gaps and related action plan The Action Plan will be reviewed periodically , successes and failures will be discussed and the plan will be altered accordingly to achieve the desired results.
