2. Outline SSA Module Assembly (M1S-100-01200) assembly sequence
This is not a procedure, but a set of photos and comments, showing the assembly sequence.
Vendor is free to optimize the assembly for production.
TMTPO staff will provide on site training during first SSA Module Assembly.

Place Tower on Alignment Fixture
Place Moving Frame on Fixture with Lock Bushings loosely installed
Install Locks and rotate to locked position
Apply downward force to top of Lock Bushing and torque M6 Screws (2 per Bushing)
Remove Locks & mark each locks position
Remove Moving Frame, match drill two Bushing M5 holes and pin
Remove Tower
Results in matched set (Tower, Moving Frame and 3 Locks)
