2 New Zealand RUGBY The national sport of New Zealand is rugby. Boys and girls usually learn to play at school. There are 15 players on each team, and the uniform is a rugby shirt, shorts, and long socks.

3 Sometimes people wear a special hat to protect their ears
Sometimes people wear a special hat to protect their ears. The national team of New Zealand is called the All Blacks and their uniform is …all black!

4 At the start of every game there is a very interesting tradition – the team performs a traditional Maori dance called the Haka. The players dance and shout at the same time. It’s very exciting

5 New Zealand has two national symbols, a bird called a kiwi, and a silver fern leaf.

6 Venezuela The capybara Venezuela is famous for its fantastic wildlife and many people visit this country to see animals like the capybara in their habitat.

7 Guinea Pig Family Capybaras are a type of guinea pig. Lots of children have guinea pigs as pets, but capybaras are wild animals and they’re a lot bigger than guinea pigs.

8 Environment and Habits Capybaras usually live in groups of ten to thirty. They live near rivers, and they’re excellent swimmers – they can swim under water for up to five minutes!

Lemurs are small mammals. There are many different lemurs, but Larry is a ring-tailed lemur.
