CHRISTMAS IN THE FOREST 
The Dillons live in Great Britain. Christmas is their favorite holiday.
Last Christmas had to be special: A Russian girl Anya and her mum were going to visit the Dillons on the 24th of December.
Hugo, Will and Betty made new garlands, special greeting cards, decorated rooms Their grandma Diana cooked a Christmas pudding, a turkey and other food for their Christmas dinner. Mum and dad bought some new toys to decorate their Christmas tree. 

The children and their parents met Anya and her mum at the airport and took them home. The house isn’t far from London: only five kilometers.
Grandpa Martin had to buy a Christmas tree in a special shop and he went out to get there.
Suddenly a heavy snowfall started. Martin could not drive a car. He couldn’t see the road. He could see nothing.
All were very sad. They had no Christmas tree. The snowfall didn’t stop. Then Martin and dad decided to go to a forestry. It was near their house and they could go on foot. They wanted to buy a fir-tree there.
The other stayed at home and laid the table. 

Soon Martin and dad returned home. They said, ”After dinner we all are going to the forest. There is a nice fir-tree and we can decorate it and celebrate there.
After dinner they went to the forest. The snowfall stopped. There was unusual beauty and a fairy forest around.
They saw a beautiful Christmas tree with a sparkling star on the top and snowflakes on the branch.
When they came up to the tree a big red bag appeared under it, and they heard a sound of jingle bells. 

5. 
In the red bag there were present for everybody and a nice man-made fir-tree!
That was the most wonderful Christmas!
Believe in miracles and they ‘ll come true! 
Merry Christmas !!! 
