5. Maths Groups
Maths groups happen 3 times a week and are intensive classes focussing on numeracy skills.
The classes are fluid and students will be moved accordingly.

10. Community Languages Tamil Hindi Literacy
Tamil and Hindi are taught for 2 hours each week in Years 2, 3 and 4.
Students will be following Literacy based activities reflecting the Stage 2 Literacy program for 1hour.
The second hour will involve students in Stage 2 Personal Development and Health topics.
Both lessons are developed around the teaching content of the stage but taught bilingually.

11. Class Organisation Homework
Each teacher will set homework for their class.
There will be homework from maths classes issued separately by your child’s maths teacher.
Sport
PSSA, Tennis, CAPA, School Sport on Friday mornings
Individual classes go out at different times for P.E lessons.

Please pay your Book Fee as soon as possible as it is very important to the financial running of the school.
