Assumption: The people are the key to business success. HR is the function in the organization designed to maximize employee performance in service of an employer's strategic objectives. – Wikipedia HR is primarily concerned with the management of people within organizations, focusing on policies and on systems.

Managing and motivating people effectively to inspire them to do their best work. How to manage and inspire employees is always changing because work is changing.

4 HR Questions How much should we be paying our workers?
When do we have to pay overtime? How many employees will we need in five years to meet our projected growth? How do we motivate our workers to meet the organizations goals? Do we allow a Muslim worker time for daily prays? Can I fire a pregnant work who can no longer do her job?
