3 CFI History Fluorspar has been mined in St. Lawrence since 1933 and most recently in 1991 BML restructured to create CFI, a publicly trade company TF and BBN follow up pre-feasibility study completed(1) Construction Initiated Burin Minerals Ltd completed feasibility work on Blue Beach North and Tarfare deposits more exploration drilling completed, AGS property increased to 9 million tonnes AGS vein discovered 2009 2009 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 Burin Minerals merged to become Canada Fluorspar Inc. (CFI) Pre-feasibility study completed Detailed engineering commenced; Environmental Assessment approval received with conditions GGC acquires CFI and AGS in-fill drilling begins Newspar JV formed (1) As part of the pre-feasibility study, the tailings pond and wharf site were fully permitted and remain fully permitted canadafluorspar.com

8 Local Profile CFI has recently partnered with Dynamic Shelters, a business located in Grand Bank, to install inflatable shelters for use as mine facilities The shelters are air-beam inflatable structures, made of large columns of reinforced vinyl tubing shaped into arches and lightly pressurized by low-power air blowers CFI will use these structures for stockpile cover, material storage and workshops SUB HEADER CANADAFLUOROSPAR.CA

11 How to Become a CFI Vendor
Self-registration application represents an expression of interest from the supplier to conduct business with CFI. Once submitted, your details are assessed for inclusion on our prospective supplier database. Should your application be successful: your details maintained in pool of prospective suppliers, or put through full trade qualification. Should your services be required, complete comprehensive profile additional forms may be required. CFI reserves the right to verify all credentials submitted therein, prior to qualifying any supplier. Once registered, you will receive an notifying you of the outcome.

12 How to Become a CFI Vendor
Registration, or indeed full trade qualification, does not guarantee any business from CFI, nor does it represent a contractual agreement or arrangement in any way. Potential Suppliers will be notified of specific opportunities via Request for Quotes (RFQ) or tender published on our tender boards on the CFI website.
