The enhanced software allows for higher resolution of the measurement that will allow for more reliable readings. The software also supports scalable performance that allows the 3051S to be used in a multitude of applications. The all welded, hermetic design protects sensors and electronics from damaging moisture and field contaminants, improving reliability and long-term stability. The 316L stainless steel housing will withstand the harshest filed environments, that will in turn increase reliability. The Saturn sensing technology is the best sensor technology for differential pressure. It also incorporates secondary sensor to enhance performance and expand diagnostics capabilities. The outer ring of the sensor compensates for any deformation of the center capacitance plate due to overpressure thus vastly improving the total performance of the sensor The coplanar process isolators will increase reliability by preventing “tide line” corrosion, while integrating flanges, manifolds, diaphragm seals and flow elements into a single installation-ready measurement solution. The patented ASIC technology delivers the industry’s fastest dynamic response time improving safety and reducing process variability. These ASICs are not off the self. The have been designed by our in-house engineers. The single circuit board having a highly integrated design improves performance and reliability by reducing parts count and mechanical interconnections.
