4 The Catalyst Classic System is the industry standard for effectively automating the delivery of up to 16 chemicals to a maximum of 20 washers. All functions of this unit are fully automated including automated operation of the calibration valves and a back flush valve for easy maintenance of the system. Catalyst Classic

5 The Catalyst Dual Inject System offers the features of the Classic System, with the added benefit of being able to deliver chemicals to two (2) machines simultaneously. For high-volume facilities, this is an obvious advantage. Additional pumps are not required for this redundant injection capability. Catalyst Dual Inject

6 Catalyst Lite The Catalyst Lite System is a compact flow metered chemical injection system capable of delivering up to eight (8) chemicals to a maximum of eight (8) washers. By using the standard Softrol Catalyst software package, this unit delivers many of the features of the Catalyst Classic. Has less automation in order to provide a more cost effective solution for the volumetric injection of chemicals.

7 Catalyst Tunnel The Catalyst Tunnel System is capable of simultaneously delivering up to 16 chemicals to eight (8) individual modules of a continuous batch washer. Softrol designed Tunnel Interface hardware and Catalyst Software are provided with each system, offering user-defined programming, data collection, and report generation. New hardware configurations allow for mounting of individual manifolds nearest each tunnel module for fastest chemical delivery.
