CA Sanjay Goyal (Managing Partner) B.COM.,FCA, DISA, is a seasoned professional having more than 20 Years of professional experience in diverse vertical of Regulatory Compliances such as Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes, Corporate Laws, apart from this he also have in-depth experience in Auditing, Accounting and Assurance Services, during his professional stint he worked for various multinationals companies in Various Capacities and started the Firm in the year 2011.
He has also been nominated as Study Group Member of Indirect Tax Committee of ICAI for the year
He has also carried the responsibility of Secretary of local chapter of Gurgaon Branch of NIRC of ICAI as Secretary for two year ( , )
He has also passed various certification courses form ICAI like DISA (Diploma in Information System Audit, Certification course on Bank Concurrent Audit.
CA Ajay Bansal (Managing Partner) B.COM.,FCA, is a qualified Chartered Accountant having more than 20 Years of professional experience in Direct Taxes, Indirect Taxes, Corporate Laws and Audit. He is in practice since since last 16 years before this he worked for various large sized companies having pan India Operations. He is having In-depth experience in Taxation and currently looking after our Taxation practice.
