5 Caltagirone v. Scozzari-Cloutier (Acquisition)
Is the information acquired, collected, disclosed or published of a kind that a reasonable person would consider private? Has the plaintiff consented to the acquisition or collection of the information? If not, was it acquired or collected for a legal process or public interest reason?

6 (Disclosure) Has the plaintiff consented to disclosure or publication of the information? If not, has it been disclosed or published for a legal process or public interest reason? Would a reasonable person consider that the legal process or public interest reason outweighs the privacy interest?

7 Sample policy question
Klar argues that negligence law is about wrongdoing or “fault” on the part of the defendant. Provide three arguments that support this statement and three arguments that rebut this statement. Your arguments must be supported by examples from the readings.

8 Sample “identification-type” question
Identify and briefly describe the three different categories of plaintiff conduct that can constitute contributory negligence. Provide a concrete example of each.
