1. the Architect
The architect for this project is “Brick by Brick”, Gurgaon.
“Brick by Brick” specializes in the fields of architecture, urban design and interiors. Established in 1990, the practice has worked in various aspects of institutional, residential, industrial and corporate spaces and projects. Collectively the design practice has a repertoire of built and ongoing projects that are innovative, efficient, ecological and contextualized.
Vishal Agarwal, the principal architect at “Brick by Brick”, is a graduate from SPA, He also holds a post graduate degree in Urban design from SPA and is a leading design faculty in various design institutions at Delhi.

2. Buland Valley is an exclusive & limited residential enclave situated at a prime location in the city of Agra.
Housed on a 1.72 acre site, the development is conceptualized as a set of 3 linear blocks arranged around a central green space, oriented in such a way that there is a clear view of the Taj Mahal. The blocks have ‘cascading’, accessible terraces, stepping down as one approaches the main road. The terraces are meant to serve as sky gardens, bringing green spaces closer to residents of the complex.
The development offers 60 three-bedroom homes and 12 three-bedroom duplex penthouses. The complex provides a clubhouse, backup services, adequate parking & other community facilities for its residents.
All homes are open on at least two sides; with one side facing the greens and the other facing the access street. The interiors of the homes are designed as per highest standards of market & contemporary design.
The enclave has state-of-the-art servicing. The clubhouse & central green space will provide the building blocks for a well knit community whose residents lead peaceful lives enriched by their social interaction with one another.
