Programme funded by the EUROPEAN UNION Jvari, Mtskheta- Mtianeti The masterpiece of Early Christian Orthodox architecture Jvari Monastery is dated cc AD. Located on the hill top near the town Mtskheta, it is listed in UNESCO World Heritage Site list in The name is translated as the Monastery of the Cross.

13 Akaltsikhe, Rabati Fortress
Programme funded by the EUROPEAN UNION Samtskhe-Javakheti  Samcxe-Javaxeti is a region formed in the 1990s in southern Georgia from the historical provincesof Meskheti (Samtskhe), Javakheti and Tori(Borjomi gorge). Akaltsikhe, Rabati Fortress BSB-TOUR project has been financed from the European Union and the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin ”.

14 Samtskhe-Javakheti , Vardzia
Programme funded by the EUROPEAN UNION Samtskhe-Javakheti , Vardzia Vardzia is a cave monastery site in southern Georgia. The Church of the Dormition, dating to the 1180s during the golden age of Tamar and Rustaveli, has an important series of wall paintings.

EUROPEAN UNION Kakheti Kakheti Region of Georgia is in the eastern part of the country and is known for it wine, but there is so much more to this area of stunning beauty and scenery. BSB-TOUR project has been financed from the European Union and the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin ”.

16 Wine making Process in Kakheti
Programme funded by the EUROPEAN UNION Wine making Process in Kakheti Kvevri is a traditional Georgian vessel used for making, ageing and storing wine. It is made of a type of clay historically used for qvevri-making in artisanal families according to traditional technology.

EUROPEAN UNION Imereti Imereti  is a region in Georgia situated along the middle and upper reaches of the Rioni river. Bagrati Cathedral    Kutaisi, the capital of Imereti BSB-TOUR project has been financed from the European Union and the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin ”.

19 Sataplia Nature Reserve
Programme funded by the EUROPEAN UNION Sataplia Nature Reserve The Sataplia Nature Reserve is located in Tskaltubo district, about 260 km. from Tbilisi. Established in 1935 to protect the Sataplia Cave and dinosaur footprints found in the area, this visitor attraction recently benefited from a very attractive refurbishment of its Sataplia Cave visitor center.

22 Ushguli – highest inhabited settlement in Europe
Programme funded by the EUROPEAN UNION Ushguli – highest inhabited settlement in Europe Ushguli is a community of four villages located at the head of the Enguri gorge in Svaneti, Georgia. Classified as the Upper Svaneti UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ushguli is one of the highest ( m) continuously inhabited settlements in Europe. BSB-TOUR project has been financed from the European Union and the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin ”.

EUROPEAN UNION Racha Racha is a highland area in western Georgia, located in the upper Rioni river valley and hemmed in by the Greater Caucasus mountains. Under Georgia’s current subdivision, Racha is included in the Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti region. BSB-TOUR project has been financed from the European Union and the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin ”.

Its administrative center is Batumi. Batumi sea port is Georgia's main sea gate. BSB-TOUR project has been financed from the European Union and the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin ”.

Programme funded by the EUROPEAN UNION The Batumi Botanical Garden The Batumi Botanical Garden is a 108 hectare area of land 9 km north of the city of Batumi, capital of Autonomous Republic of Adjara, Georgia. Located at the place called Mtsvane Kontskhi ("The Green Cape") on the Black Sea shore, it is one of the largest botanical gardens in the former Soviet Union.

EUROPEAN UNION In very brief about us INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR CAUCASUS TOURISM , ICCT is a non-governmental, non-for-profit organization, founded in by the group of experts working in the spheres of sustainable rural tourism, environmental protection, nature conservation, vocational and adults education . GEF membership helps ICCT in promoting harmonic interact of biodiversity and sustainable management of forests through implementing projects concerned with Sustainable Rural Tourism, Environmental Protection and Educational Programs. From the very beginning, the priority of ICCT activities and researches has become poverty alleviation and migration reduction through poor population involvement in Sustainable Rural Tourism (SRT). through establishing more SME s in every community. Experts of ICCT- the members of Rural Tourism International Association ( Amsterdam, the Netherlands) are conducting training “ International Standards of Hospitality in Rural Areas” in various regions of Georgia and the South Caucasus countries in the frame of the projects implemented. From 2009 , ICCT is the follower of UNWTO Program ST-EP (Sustainable Tourism Eliminating Poverty) . In 2014 was established Youth Debate Club “ ST-EP” that attracts youth attention worldwide to perform kind deeds for poverty reduction. BSB-TOUR project has been financed from the European Union and the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin ”.

Programme funded by the EUROPEAN UNION Currently implementing projects: Supported by EU we ‘re currently implementing the Projects , as follows: “Tourism paths in the Black Sea Region” BSB TOUR. in the frame of EaPTC programs. ( ) Armenia- Georgia cross- border projects : “Addressing common challenges in youth employment through cross-border tourism development” ( ) “Biking and rural combined cross-border tourism, as innovative approach for promoting cross-border cooperation” (2015 – 2017) BSB-TOUR project has been financed from the European Union and the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin ”.

Apart from existed respectful partners we welcome the new ones to start working with synergy over the Applications for the 1st Call BSB CBC BSB-TOUR project has been financed from the European Union and the Joint Operational Programme “Black Sea Basin ”.
