VIP offers to visitors.  Formal support package for start-ups. Marketing Town Signage Shop Local Campaign Regional tourist promotion Promote Market Rasen and surrounding villages regionally as cultural destination for arts and crafts.

New financial system and procedures established – teething problems. Relationship with WLDC to establish & formalise. 9 project areas to report against including x2 shops so quite complex. £136,499 of funding secured in our first financial year. Full financial accounts will be made available before the end of October. 2 x FOI requests to deal with. Need to plan for FY2014 as Portas closes and High Street X starts.
