What is the purpose of an anti-static wrist strap? Minimize the risk of ElectroStatic Discharge (EDS) when handling electronic components by minimizing the potential difference betweent the technician and component.
You have backed up data and created a clean work area with all the tools and components you need to perform an upgrade without the risk of ESD damage. What other resource should you make available?
