3 Temporary Credentials
New Standard Feature! Temporary Credentials Credentials can be created in advance for general re-use without association to specific personnel records. Quick issuance for visitors and employees needing a temporary credential. Temporary Credentials – is a standard feature that now allows Credentials to be created in advance for general re-use without being associated with specific personnel records. These Credentials can be assigned/unassigned quickly for temporary issuance to visitors and can also serve as temporary replacement cards for employees who misplaced or forgot their regular Credentials. C•CURE 9000 v2.40

4 Temporary Credentials
New Standard Feature! Temporary Credentials Quick issuance for visitors and employees needing a temporary credential. I forgot my card today… Assignment of a temporary credential to an employee automatically suspends their other credentials until the temporary credential is unassigned. 8 New Standard Feature! Area Pass-Through Allows iSTAR areas to restrict the length of time that personnel can linger in an area they entered before being required to exit. Require cardholders to exit an area within a specified time interval (minutes to days) after entering the area If a cardholder enters a pass- through area and does not exit in the specified time, a pass- through violation is caused. Personnel group pass – through restrictions can be EXEMPT, AREA WIDE INTERVAL, CUSTOM INTERVAL Area Pass-through – is a standard feature that allows you to restrict the length of time that Personnel can linger in an Area they entered before being required to exit. (This is an old One Plus feature that was added to the 800, and is now being added to the 9000). Overview The Area pass-through restriction feature provides a way to require that a cardholder exit an area within a specified time interval after entering the area. If a cardholder enters a Pass-through Area and does not exit in the specified time, a pass-through violation is caused. The area pass-through time can be defined for an area such that the interval applies to any cardholder who enters the area. This is called the area-wide pass-through time or interval. In addition, pass-through restrictions can be configured for personnel groups in three different ways: The members of a personnel group can be made exempt from any pass-through restriction configured on the area. The members of a personnel group can be configured to use the area-wide interval. The members of a personnel group can be subject to a custom interval different from the area-wide interval and which applies to all the members of the group. When a personnel group is configured with a pass-through restriction, this means that the configured interval will apply to each member of the personnel group. Area-wide Interval The Area Occupancy tab provides for an area-wide pass-through interval. A non-zero value for the interval will designate the Area as a Pass-through Area. This interval will only be configurable for Cluster Areas and not for Cross-Cluster Areas. The range for the interval will be from 0 to 45 days in 1 minute increments. A zero value for the interval will mean that there is no restriction. C•CURE 9000 v2.40

9 Carpool Anti-Passback
New Licensed Option! Carpool Anti-Passback Allows iSTAR areas to be effectively managed for carpool parking lot control with occupancy restrictions Organize personnel into Carpool Groups permitted to park in designated carpool lots Move group members in/out of carpool lots based on a driver's credential Monitor vehicle counts for parking lot occupancy restrictions Carpool areas are managed and enforced independently from other anti-passback areas Carpool Anti-passback – is a licensed feature that now allows you to manage iSTAR Areas for parking lot control. This feature allows you to organize personnel into Carpool Groups permitted to park in designated Carpool Areas and to move these Group members in/out of the Areas based on a driver’s Credential. The feature also supports the monitoring of vehicle counts for parking lot occupancy restrictions Overview The Carpool Anti-passback feature provides the ability to designate an area as a Carpool Area, and to organize personnel into Carpool Groups. A Carpool Area always enforces anti-passback rules. A Carpool Group always moves into or out of a Carpool Area as a unit. That is, whenever a door to a Carpool Area is accessed by a member of a Carpool Group, all members of the group are considered to pass through the door. The person presenting their card to enter the Carpool Area is designated as the driver of the group. The system will maintain a Carpool Location (Carpool Area) for each Carpool Group so that the location can be reported for the group members. Carpool Anti-passback is used only with Carpool Areas, and is enforced separately from other anti-passback areas. Carpool Group Configuration The ‘Areas and Zones’ pane in the Admin station application provides for the configuration of a ‘Carpool Group’. Carpool Group will be a subtype of Group, and will behave as a personnel group. The configuration dialog for a Carpool Group looks like the Group edit dialog, but the ‘Group Type’ selection is preset to Personnel and is not editable. The Carpool Group configuration restricts each person from belonging to more than one Carpool Group. C•CURE 9000 v2.40

10 BMS Integration with BACnet/IP
New Licensed Option! BMS Integration with BACnet/IP Automatic device discovery Device state animation widgets on maps Change of values logged to journal Multi-condition triggers, event actions, and notifications Analog, Binary, and Multi- State I/O Supervisory monitoring and manual control C•CURE 9000 v2.40

11 New Standard Feature! Audit Triggers Like the journal trigger feature in v2.30, an audit trigger will allow C•CURE 9000 event triggers based on audit log messages. Audit log messages based on 5 edit operations: Object Created Object Deleted Object Changed Reference Added Reference Removed This Audit Trigger will fire when clear11 is either Deleted , Modified or a Referenced Door, Elevator, or Schedule is changed , in some way. Examples: Object Changed - C•CURE 9000 has the capability to trace any object change in the system. For instance, if a C•CURE 9000 operator changes a door name from “Main entrance door” to “Front door”, an “Object Changed” audit record will be created for this object modification. Object Created - C•CURE 9000 also tracks any object creation in the system. If an operator creates a “reader group”, an “Object Created” audit record will be created for this object creation. Object Deleted - C•CURE 9000 tracks any object deletion in the system. If an operator deletes a “credential”, an “Object Deleted” audit record will be created for this object deletion. Reference Added - C•CURE 9000 traces object linkage relationships between two kinds of objects in the system. For example, C•CURE 9000 has person and clearance objects, and if a clearance is assigned to a person, C•CURE 9000 will create a reference object for that and, a “Reference Added” audit record will be created for it. Reference Removed - If a clearance is removed from a person, C•CURE 9000 will delete the reference object and a “Reference Removed” audit record will be created for it. Example of a Reference is: A Clearance with references to Doors, Door Groups, Elevators, Elevator Groups, and Schedules. C•CURE 9000 v2.40
