5. Information Required
+ All Ad Hoc shipping requests require portal input ( FF # assigned) –
refer to pg. 7.
+ All shipments imported into China must be declared to China customs, regardless of if they are samples or commercial goods, and regardless of whether they are shipped via freight forwarder, parcel, or courier.
— All shipments imported into China must reflect the actual price
paid by the buyer to seller (known as the “transaction value”).
+ Detailed information for the consignee (recipient) including name, telephone number, address, and address, is required on shipping documents to ensure correct and timely delivery.
+ NOTE: Failure to declare goods and/or an accurate customs value may subject Faraday Future to fines and additional costs.

8. Process 1. Submit shipping request in Logistics Portal:
Include team member contacts in request.
auto-generated shipment confirmation to for visibility.
2. Complete FF Export Detail (Excel) for each item in the shipment.

Send to
Shipment cannot leave the U.S. until all data in this form is complete and a Commercial Invoice is generated.
3. Crate and band the shipment.
4. If wood packing material, submit IPPC/heat treat certificate to and attach a copy to the crate.
5. Submit to HQ warehouse for handling.

11. Lead Times + These can adversely affect lead times:
Public holidays in China (no Customs work)
Lack of customs classification data
Lack of import license (FF and LeSee)
Physical inspection by Customs or CIQ
Shipment delay (overbooked or cancelled flights)
Discrepancy between physical shipment and documents
Lack of proper delivery address
Damage during transit
+ These lead times assume CCC or O-registration. Wheel and paint registration take substantially longer (see matrix).
