6 Problem Statements Based on the 2013 Index Student Achievement Table, ELL population is 50% lower than our non-ELL population in reading. 289 students out of 806, are at the urgent intervention category in STAR Reading.

8 Annual Goals for ELL students will meet the 50% safeguard performance goals in the area of reading All teachers will be able to access and utilize all resources effectively Teachers will implement resources with consistency and fidelity Placement of students in appropriate programs to meet their needs Generating reports on utilized programs on a consistent, timely basis
