Scope Time Cost Quality Throughout all stages of your project we oversee the Project Management, which includes caring about the project budget, the coordination and general direction over the project execution, as well as recordkeeping, filing and coordination of technical, administrative and legal documentation of the project. Our services include: Timely submission of your project proposals. Contract negotiations in Phase 1 and Phase 2. Control of Phase 2 project progress (schedule, work-plan, deliverables, contractual documents). Management of the communication tool with the EC: Participant Portal (partners’ information, periodic reports, submissions). Management consulting (good practices, communications with EC). Financial management (proprietary tools): Costs justifications and financial statements. Budget follow-up. Disbursements. Support for the preparation of Contract Amendments (except partner replacement). Financial and administrative reporting. Areas that can be contracted additionally within Project Management are: Technical coordination; Partners replacement and; Support for dissemination and exploitation actions. A dedicated team of experts will develop your proposal following our success proven procedure Our services include: Commitment to a writing work calendar with the company with three key dates: 3 to 6 hour kick off meeting, first draft, second draft and final draft Going into depth about the product, technology or service idea Development of a commercial product strategy (key competitive analysis, unique selling point, target markets, penetration, growth, margins inter alia) Revise, amend and improve the business plan of the company, including when necessary the creation of a business canvas, SWOT matrix and risks analysis (technical and commercial). Where relevant, produce return on investment and initial rate of return calculations. Non-refundable grant of € 50,000, 6 months. in order to explore the technical and financial feasibility as well as commercial potential of your business idea over a period of maximum At Inspiralia we provide you with all the complementary expertise that you might need to prove the viability of your concept as well as access to key partners. If your company has already performed a Feasibility Study, you can access directly to Phase 2, without the prior step. Product Development: Execution Phase 2. Only the best ground-breaking business ideas receive further non-refundable grants in the order of € 0,5 to 2,5 million (in some cases to €5M) for close-to-market innovation activities (demonstration, testing, prototypes, pilot actions, scale-up or miniaturisation, design and market implementation) over a project run of 1 to 2 years. 70% of eligible direct costs are funded (in some cases a 100%). For indirect costs, an additional 25% of direct eligible costs is paid via a flat rate. To assure compliance with the directives of the funding agency and to enable a smooth project run within the budget and time frame, we provide you with a robust Project Management procedure throughout all development stages. To lower the bureaucratic burden, we take over all administrative matters. We put our technical facilities, laboratories, testing sites, technologists and product designers at your disposal to develop ground-breaking products that your customers will love. Market Launch. Execution Phase 3. No direct funding is available in this phase however access to private capital and pro-innovation environments is facilitated. An EU quality label is awarded. At Inspiralia we have created an extensive network of private capital sponsors of all kinds that we give you access to along with potential manufacturing partners and supply chain associates.
