12. SunTrac & Daikin Field Test Results
In 2016, a SunTrac System was integrated and tested with a high efficiency Daikin 2Ton DC inverted variable speed mini-split system. Goodman/Daikin conducted the evaluation, and compared the two week’s worth of data (one week with the panel and one without), at identical ambient conditions.
The SunTrac/Daikin system used 47% less electricity that the standard Daikin system.
SunTrac saved 47%!

13. SunTrac Energy Savings & Payback Period - I
For a 10 ton A/C which is equivalent to 12HP VRV, consuming 11 kWh electricity, for 25 working days , operating 10 hrs /day with 60% load.
Total monthly electricity charge =

This Hybrid Thermal System saves 40% of energy consumption lowering monthly charge by ₹6000
