2 WHAT IS FLEX? FLEX IS A SIMPLE, LOCAL AND METERLESS SOLUTION
FLEX is a smartphone application (the “FLEX app”) which provides an on-demand telecommunications hub connecting Registered Users to its Registered Members. Registered Members use their own discretion to carpool with Registered Users and vice versa. The process is very simple: Registered Users request for a carpool using the FLEX app platform. It is important to note that Registered Members (as defined below) are not allowed to and will not solicit business, instead the Registered User(s) are initiating the connection and requesting a carpool. The FLEX app, developed in partnership with a locally based web design and app development business, provides user-friendly, fast on-demand responses from our systems. The speed and reliability of the connection will ensure that FLEX will be exceptional in the local Cayman Islands market. The primary social purpose of FLEX is to reduce drinking and driving, and the risks associated, and to provide a safe alternative to hitchhiking. FLEX mandates that all of its Registered Users and/or Registered Members are able to make sound choices when deciding that they are impaired (i.e. under the influence of alcohol or otherwise), knowing that there is a safe and reliable alternative to drinking and driving as well as hitchhiking. Through live feedback options linked to the FLEX app, Registered Users and Registered Members are able to rate each other on their customer service and their overall experience. This allows for the FLEX app to obtain important information to be collected, processed and analyzed on our secure servers in a timely fashion ensuring that the business is continuously improving its user and member experience.

3 WHY FLEX? One Tap Solution -- FLEX uses a phone’s GPS to detect a registered user (rider’s) location and connects them to the nearest available Driver. Reliable Pickups – When a ride is requested, we’ll find a driver and let the rider track their location on the map. Cashless & Convenient – A rider doesn’t need cash when they ride with FLEX. Once they arrive at their destination the fare is automatically charged to the card on file – no need to tip. We also the rider a receipt. In fact the whole system is cashless making it safer for both drivers and passengers. Feedback Matters – Registered members (drivers) not only meet FLEX standards, they meet rider standards. After each trip, a rider can rate their experience and provide additional feedback about their driver. Fair Splitting – Riders can invite their friends to split the fare. If their friends opt in, each persons credit card will be charged equally.

8 How do I become a Flex Member?
Attend Interview and Information Session with FLEX Reps – FLEX will schedule you in for an interview depending on your schedule. We will also make a clear presentation on our services! We will take photos of your vehicle during this session also. Wait for up to 48 hours– FLEX will get back to you within 48 hours to notify you if you have been accepted or rejected as a FLEX Member. If accepted, FLEX will ask you to start gathering required documentation and will send you a FLEX Checklist – This documentation includes a copy of your Driver’s License, a copy of your passport, a copy of your vehicle logbook (vehicle insurance and registration) and a police clearance certificate. Once all documentation is processed and accepted you are officially a Registered Member and can begin accepting rides immediately!

9 Am I Eligible to Sign Up? You must be at least 21 years old.
You must have Caymanian citizenship OR be a Permanent Resident of the Cayman Islands. You must have a valid Cayman Islands Drivers’ License You must own a vehicle that is in good mechanical and visual standing and is up-to-date on insurance and registration. You must own a Smart Phone device operated by either Android or Apple. You must have a clean police record.  Lastly, you must have a great attitude towards life!

What is my salary if I become a registered member? All of our registered members work on commission. With each successful ride, a member earns 75% of total ride fee while FLEX receives 25% for the use of our unique, on-demand ride application. What will be the cost of an average ride? We can only estimate on this! But we believe that an average ride will cost a registered user $8-$10 CI. Do registered members receive benefits? No. Registered members are NOT employees. Flex Members are considered Independent Contractors and therefore receive no benefits as per Cayman Islands Labour Law. What will my schedule be like if I become a registered member? One great thing about Flex is that you make your own schedule! You are your own boss. You’ll want to go online during our busiest hours as this is when you can make the most money!

How do I get paid once I become a registered member? Payments will be processed every Wednesday and will be sent out via online transfer. Depending on who you bank with will determine how long it takes for your earnings to hit your account. Note: You must bank with a CLASS A bank (Ex. Butterfield Bank, Cayman National Bank, Scotiabank etc.). If you have any questions on whether you bank with a class A bank please contact us and we will guide you in the right direction! Do I need to notarize any required documents? No. We do all notarization in-house to save you time (and money!). We do require you to bring in your original documentation during your interview and info session with us. Do you charge a sign-up fee? Yes. We call it an administrative fee and it is $75 CI. This covers the cost of getting all of your documentation organized, notarized and filed correctly and any other processing we need to get done to get you started.
