Venue perimeter display or container spaces may be limited
Custom designs can be built to suit your merchandise or sales requirements, subject to space availability
All stations must be adequately staffed by your sales or marketing people at each location for the event duration
You must ensure that adequate product is available for sale or delivery on site appropriate to the expected attendance levels
AEP reserve the right to amend sponsorship packages components as venue locations, restrictions may apply
Payments may be made in applicable local currency
