We think SharePoint will be the first of these systems to introduce a true client page and part model that we may call the “SharePoint Framework”. We will phase this in running it on existing sites and you will be able to host the new parts in existing SharePoint pages. We are using this framework to create many of the out-of-box pages I showed earlier and these new pages will be hosted by controls in the native SharePoint app I described earlier so they are great on phones ready Day 1. We will let you leverage the latest javascript frameworks like React and Angular. This will give us dramatically better experiences, performance, mobile support, etc. while again broadening our developer ecosystem from .NET and beyond.
