Your new business partner doesn’t speak much English and asks you to make some suggestions at the restaurant. That’s why you are expected to leave tips. In some countries, such as Japan, tipping is not expected. It can insult the waiter and the owner of the restaurant. ("You need this more than I do.") AND the owner of the establishment ("You don't pay your staff decently.") 20% of the bill is a good tip to leave in America.

Encourage the student on where he/she did well; give feedback to where he/she needs to pay more attention. * Assign homework, i.e. the ‘Exercise’ part of today’s lesson. They will see an automatic score. * Have them listen to the dialogue again and see if their understanding has improved. * Remind students that they can save different vocabulary terms in the app or online and review them as flashcards. * Tell the student what the next lesson is.
