Shifting away from arrest charge measures to arrest measures (unique PCN) Completeness = At Least 1 Charge Disposed Arrests Disposed by Annual Extract 2002 to 2012 (2014 Extract) – 79.2% 2002 to 2013 (2015 Extract) – 79.3% 2002 to 2014 (2016 Extract) – 79.5% Of 2.7 million arrests from 2002-2014, 6.4% had some but not all charges disposed in the ACCH.
