The 1980s: Represented a wide range of industries in patent prosecution, litigation, and ITC proceedings. Successfully represented E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Co. in ITC 337 investigation against Dutch chemical giant Akzo N.V. The 1990s: Expanded in all areas of IP law, from patent prosecution and litigation in the U.S. to trademark management in the global economy. Successfully litigated and prevailed on all issues in a complex ITC 337 investigation case over an anti-cancer drug (doxorubicin) involving multiple international companies in Asia, Europe and the U.S. The 2000s: A firm with 170 IP attorneys, widely acknowledged as one of the premier IP firms in the country; continues to develop and serve clients globally.
