5 InterLocal Agreement (ILA) City Staff and Capital Metro joint development an agreement for concept approval and support of the project. Key Points: Right to construct, operate, and maintain new Station within City ROW Pursue development of easements Pursue partial closure of 4 th Street to automobiles and 2-way conversion of 5 th Street Pursue partnership for expedited permitting, traffic studies, infrastructure projects Transit Plaza obligations and use Detailed plans relating to operations, maintenance, security, etc. will be developed before the Station opens Utility Responsibilities & Upgrades (stormdrain) City of Austin Partnership
